Hypnotherapy & Coaching Sessions

The First Session

First your therapist will explain hypnosis. A good portion of this session is educational. You will get to understand how you will be using hypnosis and how your unconscious mind operates. It has been demonstrated that when people know more about hypnosis they tend to do better in the hypnotherapeutic process. Your therapist will then answer all your questions about hypnosis. Then and only then will you be guided into a state of hypnotic relaxation, where you will begin the process that will help you to rapidly achieve your desired results. After you emerge from hypnosis, you will spend some time talking about your experience.

Before you leave, your next appointment should be scheduled with your hypnotherapist / Coach. It is recommended that sessions be around a week or so apart with exceptions for coaching as coaching sessions are held over longer periods sometimes a month apart.

Fees

Therapy sessions are 2 hours. Cost per session $140.00

NLP Performance Coaching

Mind Coaching is over 3 sessions (2 hours per session). Learn how your mind communicates and how you can communicate with it to produce the results you desire. $450.00 for 3 sessions or individual top up sessions $150 per session. (past clients only)

Sports Performance Coaching

To regularly achieve optimum performance you need to be working in the high performance state. NLP Performance Coaching can teach you how to achieve the state regularly and instantaneously: Learn how to control your emotions; having a clear mind is required to make those important 'spur of the moment' decisions; don't allow your emotions to ruin your performance, allow them to add to your performance; Learn how to work with your mind so that you control the outcome; Learn how to 'Get in the Zone within seconds;

Payment Options

ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS prior to appointment except if paying by cash which can be paid on the day. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, Internet banking or by paypal (paypal payments are made online).
Credit card payments are made via paypal NOTE: You DO NOT have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card online.

CASH PAYMENT
Can be made on the day of appointment.

CREDIT CARD
Credit Card payments can be made online by clicking on the 'PAYNOW' button. This will take you to the paypal website. You will receive a receipt by email almost immediately. NOTE: You DO NOT have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

Cancellations outside the above requirements and "no shows" will be charged at the full rate of a standard session. (subject to discretion of the therapist). Please note that in2minds has a no refund policy.
